Who we are

Siantira is a UK-registered sole trader operating a connected ecosystem of digital products, including Siantira Travel, Siantira Events, Siantira DocPrep and Siantira Trade. This policy covers siantira.com — our ecosystem homepage. Each individual product may collect additional information specific to the service it provides (for example, booking details on Siantira Travel, or event and hotel data on Siantira Events). Where a dedicated privacy notice exists for a product, we link to it below, and that notice takes precedence for that product.

Information we collect

This page does not require an account or login. We collect information only in these limited circumstances:

• If you email us — for example via a "Notify me" link or hello@siantira.com — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use this only to respond to you and, where relevant, to let you know when the product you asked about becomes available.
• Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel), such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running reliably — not to build a profile of you.
• Aggregate, privacy-focused analytics (such as Vercel Analytics), if and when enabled, to understand overall traffic patterns. This type of analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Cookies

siantira.com does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, send the specific product-availability updates you've requested, and to understand and improve how the site performs. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Sharing your information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run this site — for example, our hosting provider — under standard data processing terms. We do not share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the specific request, then delete them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
